For Housing Benefit customers can:
• complete an application for Housing Benefit
• submit evidence to support a Housing Benefit application
• report a change in circumstances to Housing Benefit
• Private Landlords can complete and submit a Certificate of Occupation

Customers can:
• apply for a home
• find out the location and opening hours for their nearest office
• apply for a Discretionary Housing Payment

Our Tenants can also:
• report a repair
• pay rent  /  repay overpayments
• submit housing or maintenance queries
• report anti-social behaviour
