Due to the ongoing situation with COVID19 these programmes have been postponed until further notice. 

Ireland from the Union to Partition 1800-1920 (programme 2)

Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council PEACE IV Programme in partnership with Rural Community Network (RCN) and TADA is offering a free programme for men from across the Borough that will explore key historical events from 1800-1920 and their impact nationally, regionally and locally. The programme will be facilitated by Dr. Eamon Phoenix.

The course will take place on the following dates:

Sessions: Wednesdays from 7pm - 9pm
Venue: Old Town Hall, Scarva Road, Banbridge, BT32 3DA 
• 29th April 2020
• 6th May 2020
• 13th May 2020
• 20th May 2020
• 27th May 2020

Site visits
• Saturday 9th May 2020 - day long site visit to Bann Valley
• Saturday 23rd May 2020 - day long site visit to Belfast
• Saturday 30th May 2020 - day long site visit to Dublin

We particularly welcome men from all sections of the community and those who have never engaged in a Peace IV Programme.  Places will be allocated to reflect the diverse nature of ABC Council area with a priority placed on encouraging men who have not been involved in similar programmes. Spaces are limited.
