This event has been cancelled.  Contact lisa@theresourcecentre.org for more information.

Building Communities Resource Centre in partnership with Radius Housing are currently running  a connection café in the Causeway area and would very much like to offer this service in the Cookstown and Dungannon and surrounding rural areas.  The café is open to all adults in the community and they hope to bring together a diverse group of people virtually. Rural Community Network, Cookstown will also be facilitating some cafes for local participants.

These cafes are very much participant led and the first evening will involve input from the Belfast Friendship group but also a chance to shape what the future cafes could include for example facilitated talks on current affairs, a cultural room with crafts, cuisine, dance, singing, a well-being room and a general community room for chatting and meeting new people etc.

The Café will run on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm
The first café will take place on Wednesday 2nd September.

If you are interested in registering and live in the Dungannon and Cookstown area or surrounding rural areas please contact lisa@theresourcecentre.org to register your name.
